It has been a discussion amongst many that I might be spinning too many plates. But somehow, this is something that is not recognized by my supervisors. All they do is to add more and more.

Sometimes in the workplace, by silently working and accepting every task given to you and becoming an expert in it is not the best option. In today's society, active bullying is happening where colleagues will back stab and tell the bosses that you are the expert and you should be handling instead of considering the current workload of others.

And this will end up with an individual spinning too many plates and trying to juggle with all the existing task. This effectively creates a problem for many because this means living by a thread and many things might be badly handled or at the brink of a shattered plate.

Voice out! If you are swarmed, do not let others assume you can handle everything. No one is responsible for taking care of you other than yourself.
