This is prevalent everywhere. Across nations, organizations, grassroots and companies. While the enforcers are doing their best to curb, the perpetuators are always at large and still get their way.

I would like to share a little in terms of corruption in the workplace. The amount of injustice among those whom whistle blow likely end up in vain and even take in dire consequences. While it might not be outright corruption, there is another form in terms of corruption of power and people trying to bootlick those in power.

It is so common that you might think it is a norm. Being the yes man and saying yes to the one above you without pointing out any form of violation by itself is already inculcating corruption as you just perceive that everything from above is correct. This is even beyond monetary corruption because your mind is already corrupted and you have already succumb to it and there is no turning back.
