Sometimes decision making is such a tough thing to do in a workplace. While there are certain things that really not go in our favour, we cannot openly reject it as it might bring dire consequences such as dropping in favour or being marked for low performance. And this is how many employees are under oppression in their workplace. While management always shares that they are very open for the subordinates to drop by and discuss any unhappiness that they might feel, the matter of fact is that they just want you to be a "Yes" man, following what they proposed and stay happy.

It is actually quite ugly to see such hypocrisy in the workplace and definitely something that should not be condoned. Many have tried to give feedback, but ended up being managed out because they are deemed as not having growth mindset.

Unless management dare to hear the reality when the ground reject their proposals, either one remain silent or leaving the company will be best options for one to take.
