5 Minute Freewrite - Referee

I have always been watching soccer since a long time ago and have loved the sport. However, in recent years, even with the so called video assistant referee in place in matches, there are always horrible decision made by the on field referee.
There have been so many incidents of bad decisions to a point I really suspect there is some bribery going on for perhaps top gamblers whom earn their wealth through gambling and possibly triggering some form of match fixing.
These bad decisions have really destroyed the game where teams whom are supposed to win get thwarted by opponent having the referee as their 12th man on the pitch.
I certainly hope that there will be reviews on these decisions and those whom have perpetually shown such bad decisions should be remove from the panel of referees. Hopefully in the near future, we will see better football with much better refereeing.
