Today is the last day of the outgoing senior director whom had been the terror in the eyes of many whom were under his wings. A man whom demands the maximum out of everyone of his staff and never accept anything less than the best. A man whom only care about the final outcome and not exactly the process. Many have been brutally verbal abused in meetings though he really delivers results and showcase how good his team is.

Many cheered and were thankful that today is his last day here before his new assignment. However, while they hope that the new incoming senior director is not another monster, it is unfortunate that this incoming guy is no better and have been terrorizing people as well in his current appointment.

Looks like there is no real happy days to come, just another monster to deal with.
