It's been going on for the past month as there is no rain on the plain. Tips of the crops started to turn yellow, the soil that the vegetation were planted on started to dry up with cracks emerging.

This dry season is beyond what the farmers could imagine, while the crops are still alive, they are not growing healthily with urgent need of water to irrigate them. Nearby sources of water such as rivers and streams have mostly dried up under the scorching sun. The farmers are out of their wits and can only hope that rain will come and tide over the situation for them.

Just as they were fretting over the situation, the sky suddenly darkened and storm clouds start to gather. The much awaited rain is finally coming, which will help revive their crops and their water sources to irrigate the vegetation.
