The most important thing that one should do is to never neglect our health. In the modern day context, in view of perceived more important things to do, people tend to neglect their health till it is too late to reverse its effects.
Often, we always think we can do it as long as we have the willpower to overcome it and through that, we often ignore the signals given to us by our body. And in time to come, these signals get suppressed until true symptoms appear and it becomes too late. Typically when that happens, the only path is treatment or live with the symptoms.
So let's always be mindful and take good care of ourselves. Administer self care upon ourselves, give yourself time outs, catch ample rest and also try to go back to nature and breath some fresh air to recharge oneself.

You make an excellent point; we often ignore the signals our bodies give us. Sometimes people get used to feeling pain, even saying it's normal, but it's not.
