Back in the days when I was travelling across the Sino China area for my travels, I visited many temples. There are just so many temples in this region of the earth as majority of the population in this region are all buddhist. Not only that, some of the countries that I visited, it is a requirement for all male to go through a season of being a monk as a part of their growing up years.

And because of that, monks are a common sight while I travel. They can be found in the streets or situated within the temples. And it is very common that they ask for alms from those whom they meet. Among all of the monk that I meet, my favourite monk is the one whom I meet at a temple in Thailand whom came to beg alms from me with a cute little red umbrella. He is only at most 5 years old and had that super innocent look on his face when he approached me.

Thinking about it, I certainly miss the days on travelling.
