It is hard to decide what is my favourite ant because whenever I see them at home, it would mean that there should be some food debris or something edible to them becoming easy access to them.

While some species look really cute, seeing them in hoardes around the house is certainly not something you would want to see happening. So the lesson learnt here is to ensure that the house is being kept spick and span, all food debris during meals or snacks to be promptly cleared up before these become the meals of the ants.

In recent days when I was looking around the neighbourhood, an interesting individual actually catch local ants and put them in enclosure so that people can keep them and see how they form systems in their colony. Interesting thing to do, but definitely not for me.
