Hazel after working for 3 years in the company set her sights on a particular individual whom was a high achiever in her work place. She saw how this individual excel at her work and at the same time was able to manage her family commitment. This individual impressed Hazel so much that she become Hazel's role model. And from then on, Hazel set her dream to become the next high performing individual whom is able to excel at work and home front.
Hazel started to ask around more about this individual from people around her and slowly tried to even become acquainted to her and learn about how she excels at the work she does and cope with the pressures to take care of her family on the home front. Hazel tried to do what that individual do but somehow she still fall short and was unable to be at that level as emotionally she wasn't as strong as how that individual was. No matter how she tried, she ended up struggling to make both ends meet.
And this tells us that, while we can dream and aspire to be like someone, we are still ourselves, we pick up traits that are good but we should never try to become someone else because we are all made differently.
Nice one!
