There goes a saying within the office, without the dragon blocking the way, everyday would have been a much peaceful day. The whole department have been working within the terror of this insatiable power hungry leader whom leads by fear and make the workplace an unbearable one for many. The people in his organization nicknamed him the dragon because almost no one was able to escape his direct fire breathing into their face.

Many people left the organization while there was an equal amount of others whom remained in the office. It is not by coincidence that many would have imagined how live would be without the dragon and hope that one day the global leadership team can help to export the dragon. Everybody knew how things could be done in a way that is way more efficient but whenever it involves the dragon, he will make things difficult for everyone or come up with something just to make things look more impressive than what it really is to show off.

Will the day come soon? Or I should also join those whom have left the organization.
