I believe when people in the army will help to passdown information and let the next generations know what to look out for, which locations are out of bounds and what is the easiest way to get through training.

And whenever people are in the training area, they will warn others about places that are dangerous that we should avoid. And at this particular training ground, there is a forest that looking kinda creepy due to the undergrowths and also the consistent mist that surround that forest. And the standard instructions that have been passed down, "Don't go into that forest, else you will not make it out alive."

And till this date, because of this instructions, no one has ever step into the forest. And from this, we can see that the fear that is imbued in this message had really caused people to be afraid to commit or take one step in.
