Everytime I walk into a meeting room, it always felt like walking into a war zone. Everyone getting ready all the weapons and ready to fire at one another. It is not a good feeling because if you said something wrong, you will have multiple weapons point at you asking you to clarify your statement if you said something bad against them.

And whenever you go into a dispute within the meeting, you will be hoping you have enough supporters or fellow colleagues whom have prepared sufficiently for you in the meeting. It is as though in the past, there will be many soldiers being assigned to beat the drum to increase the morale of those whom are in the battle.

Never go into a meeting unprepared, if need be, bring your supporters whom will be cheering you on and beating the drum for you to allow you to come out of the meetings victorious.

Sounds ridiculous? Unfortunately, this is how some company meetings are like.
