When the package arrived, Cathy was so excited because the dress that she ordered from an online platform is finally here after waiting for 2 weeks.

This package contained a gown that she was preparing to wear for her company's annual dinner. 2 weeks ago when she was shopping online, she spotted this gown that looked really gorgeous and had a very attractive price that one usually will never see in the stores in a mall. She thought to herself, with such a nice gown, she will definitely be the spotlight during the annual dinner.

Time flies as the day of the company dinner finally arrived. Cathy got herself dolled up, put on the gown and headed for the dinner venue. As soon as she reached the dinner venue, everyone wow at her gown as she indeed become the spotlight. But one moment later, Cathy found a loose thread and she started tugging. To her horror, the more she tugged, the more thread came out and it ended up with some parts of her gown coming apart which very soon almost lead to her exposing herself. She felt really embarrassed as she had to find a way to prevent further damage to her gown.

As the dinner progressed and she was being asked to the stage to receive an award for her excellent sales performance for the year. And when she was coming down the stage and walked past her friend Doris whom quickly came up to her and told Cathy that the rear of her gown had more part breaking down and her back was almost exposed. Cathy quickly got out of the ballroom, called a taxi and quickly headed home.

She totally regret buying this badly made gown that almost fully embarrassed her and told herself that in the future, she will always try her newly bought outfits and ensure everything was alright before wearing them out.
