It had been one of the hottest summer felt by the people. People start to sweat whenever they leave their door step into the open. The bad signs of this bad summer had already been observed a month ago where there was a recline is the water levels of the river that runs through the town and also there were many vegetation showing yellowed tips on the leaf blades, a sign on the lack of water.

Rainfall had been scarce for the past few months and harvest of livestock and vegetation was reduced. Over the years, there had been loads of forest clearing to make way for new buildings and large farmland. These were slowly worsening the environmental conditions of the area, the climate they are facing today were all a result of their own doing.

Before it gets too late, conservation and restoration efforts needs to be kickstarted. More greenery is definitely needed and it needs the effort of all the people in the town to work together to preserve this place they call home.
