Upon Lewis taking the step of faith and decided that moving on it the best option he had, there are so many career options that await him.

After slogging in the department for so many years and all he get is bad treatment or being asked to compromise. And this did not sit well with him at all. Upon being set free from this bondage, Lewis regained his freedom to have a wide ranging ambition. There are so many career opportunities waiting for him. He can almost go into any industry and the possibilities are limitless. The course that he studied in his part time degree unlocked his potential and he know his own value.

Since he is not valued at the place he is at right now, then it is time to see the world and realize his dreams.
