This is beautiful. I bet you are not the only one with such a problem, @osomar357. Society has programmed us to think that we cannot survive without processed food. It is all over the place and widely consumed. The only way we can actually get rid of that mindset is by fighting it, and it is not a simple fight.
Hi @ernesto6402, you know sometimes it gets really hard, especially when you share with other people.
There are friends who laugh at you for not wanting to drink soda, and when you ask for natural juices without sugar, they see you as if you were a zombie, hahahaha.
But, the improvement in health that one feels and the inflammation of the joints, plus all the health gains that one acquires by quitting sugar, are worth it.
Thank you very much for the comment.

I get your point, @osomar357. Friends can be a major influence. I might not have experienced it with soda since it is not in our culture to gather and drink soda together in this part of the world, but I have experienced it with beer. I quit taking alcohol for some time now, and my friends are, till today, still wondering why a male human being would refuse beer for any reason 😄. I guess, in all, it is our health that matters the most. That alone is enough encouragement to keep up the effort.
Thank you so much for your support...
