"How dare you?" Phoenix's eyes said it all. She stood still for a couple of minutes and her eyes gave a steady look on me.

Yesterday, I decided to leave home without her forgetting how brave she was.

She traced my footprint down to the coffee store around sixth Street and when she caught sight of me, she stared in disgust.. Like how dare you?

I was guilty, I burried my face, yet Phoenix didn't stop.

I honestly thought it was really cold outside, so I wanted her to feel warm and safe at home, hence my reason for leaving her behind.

Now, I know better that Phoenix doesn't mind tagging along with me. She's willing to go anywhere with me so long as I don't leave her to herself again.

Maybe a treat will solve this misunderstanding, I've decided to take her on a walk to go see her bestie Katrina.

I'll keep you posted as to her reaction. "I'm sorry Phoenix, history will never repeat itself, I promise!" I had no other choice but to say it out loud. Her eyes were stuck on me and obviously I knew that I was screwed for the rest of this week.

I'm gonna frame this look as a reminder never to play smart on her again.
