Five Minute Freewrite: Write Something
The promotional exam was scheduled to take place in a fortnight. Jane who has been running up and down to fix her new apartment could not sit down and read for the said exam.
On the eve of the exam Jane managed to read for just an hour. This will be the worst exam.she will sit for, she reasoned. Even the one hour she read she could not comprehend alot because of anxiety and fear of her unpreparedness.
On the day of the exam, she stormed the venue albeit less prepared. After the usual checks she was ushered into the exam hall.
Few minutes later they gave her the examination paper. Jane looked at all the questions but she does not have answers to any of them. She had to write something and submit.
The results were meant to come out the next day. However Jane and her colleagues were informed that that was a system glitch which affected the upload of the results and so the exam.was cancelled.
Jane saw this as a divine intervention because she knows she will not pass. She has now been given a second chance to prepare and sit for the exam, thanks to the system glitch.
