Five Minute Freewrite: No Time For Breakfast

Anne woke up on that fateful Monday morning feeling a bit under the weather. She turned to her alarm clock and saw that she made a mistake with the setting. That had now made her to wake up late.

The entrance exam was fixed for 8:00 AM. She had only twenty minutes to prepare for the said exam despite her fever. She had little or no time for breakfast.

Slowly she woke up, brushed her teeth then went straight to take her bath. In a matter of minutes she was ready to go.

Luckily for her she got a cab that took her to the exam venue and she was able to be checked into the exam hall.
