Raphael is Rimuru's evolved ability after his ascension to Demon Lord. From the beginning, Raphael attaches great importance to collecting information. In the Light Novel of volume 10 of Tensura, in the part "The Council" Raphael uses his Quantum level processing capacity to obtain information from the Labyrinth, and even its creator, Ramiris - Queen of the Fairies, was unable to completely process all the information that existed in the Labyrinth. Thus, everything that any adventurer did within the labyrinth would be analyzed and processed by Raphael, through the use of the Analyze and Assess skill, transforming the Dungeon into a gigantic Database.
There is a phrase in the Light Novel that is related to the importance of collecting information "Ignorance is a sin. Without the correct information, you are likely to lose a lot.". This shows us that in addition to searching for knowledge, you must look in the right places to avoid getting caught in false or incomplete information. After all, "Working on wrong assumptions will lead you into serious pitfalls later." To prevent this from happening, it's a good idea to have reliable websites to get the information, collect it from more than one source, practice a little critical analysis and start linking the pieces of information you collect in each place to generate a vision. general of the whole.
Also in this chapter on "The Council" from Volume 10 of LN, there is an interesting insight into the issue of choosing an environment. In it, Hinata Sakaguchi goes to the Western Council to check what was being said about what they would do about Rimuru's entry into the council. Arriving there, Hinata realizes that the meeting was getting nowhere "When you bring together a bunch of fools, it's not surprising how little work gets done…". This goes against Hinata's principles that she always seeks to be in meetings that are active and useful.
This characteristic of Hinata is something that we can adapt, looking for environments that generate results for us and not just waste our time. Look for people and environments that add value to you. If you are in a group or place that is not helping you, consider changing locations. A good group of people with goals similar to yours will end up pushing you upward, instead of holding you back. In an environment like the city of Tempest, everyone helps each other, each with their main skill function, thus growing the city and everyone involved.
In addition to the two insights about Information and Environment, I found some interesting tips in the Light Novel. The first helps when taking exams and shows the importance of valuing your time "When taking an exam, it's always smarter to leave the more difficult questions for later – wasting valuable time is never a good idea."
The other one that I found interesting was responding with "I'll take a look at that", which means that you are interested in the subject, but don't set a fixed time to resolve it, taking away some of the responsibility of being obliged to actually do it. something about, a real secret weapon of Rimuru :P

it's an interesting anime, hehe it's good to consider it!
Yeah. But It's still far from the BIG things that happened at the Light Novel.
Right now in the anime Season 3 at the next ep 14 maybe something really nice will happen :)

There’s really something that you can learn and reflect on with your life in animes and mangas. Actually I think in everything.
I particularly like what you said about your surroundings - if you are surrounded by a bunch of fools, nothing will happen, maybe only foolish things. But if you’re surrounded by goal oriented people, you’ll likely to be the same as them.
Yeah. Your surrondings have a big influence on you. If you want to know more about some topic you could participate in groups about it and you can also talk with people that knows a lot about it.
There is also a nice section in the volume 10 of Tensura Light Novel that talks about finance, because that's when Maribel shows up and she wants to dominate the worlds economy... I'll write about it next. :)
Keep up the good work. 👏🎵
