Meet The Foger Family _ Spy X Family.

Hello fellow anime fans, I hope you all are doing great and enjoying whatever anime that you are currently watching,

okay so today I just want to talk about one anime that has been everywhere now for a while , and honestly if you have not seen it yet, you are seriously really missing something special, so I am talking about Spy × Family the season ome, this anime is one of those shows that you start thinking it is just vibes and comedy, then before you know it you are emotionally attached to these characters like they are your own family.

So the storyline of this anime basically follows a top secret spy who is known Twilight, he is like one of the best agents ever, so he gets a mission that requires him to create a fake family so he can get close to an important political target, that is how he becomes Loid Forger, now this is where things start getting funny because the people he picks to form his family were not just normal people ,his adopted daughter Anya can read minds, but he does not know, and his wife Yor is secretly an assassin which he also does not know and the only person who knows everyone secret is Anya, and seeing her reactions to everything is honestly one of the best part of the whole anime.

Season 1 focuses a lot on them trying to live like a normal family while also hiding their double lives, Loid is serious and always thinking about his mission, Yor is trying to learn how to be a proper wife and mother even though she literally kills people for a living, and Anya just wants peanuts and fun and to help her papa succeed in his mission, the school part of the story is also very important because Anya has to attend this elite academy so Loid can get closer to his target, watching her struggle in school, make friends, and try to look smart when she actually isn’t is just too funny.

What I personally love about this anime is the balance. It has comedy that will genuinely make you laugh out loud, but at the same time there are action scenes that are very clean and exciting, Yor’s fight scenes especially are crazy good. then you also get those wholesome family moments that just warm your heart, there are times you almost forget this family started as a lie because they slowly begin to actually care about each other for real.

Another thing is the characters, Anya alone can carry the entire show, Her facial expressions, the way she talks, her dramatic imagination… everything about her is entertaining, Loid is that cool calm character but you still see his soft side growing little by little, Yor is awkward but lovable, and you can tell she genuinely wants to be a good mother figure, even side characters like Damian and Becky add their own fun to the story.

Season 1 also does a good job introducing the world, the political tension between countries, the spy organization, Yor’s assassin group , so you know there is bigger story coming later, it is not just random comedy, there is actually plot depth behind everything.

Just honestly speaking, this anime is a must watch. Infact any anime lover shouldn’t miss it, whether you like action, comedy, or emotional stories, it has something for you, It is one of those shows you can recommend to both anime fans and even people that don’t normally watch anime.

If you have not started it yet, this is your sign, just go and watch it, you will most likely fall in love with the Forger family just like everybody else did .
