The most selfless humans beings that I know are parents, I owe my parents everything and not just gratitude. Hello, beautiful people. This is my first time posting here in this community; I hope I don't make a mistake, and I hope I'm welcome. Back to the topic of the week, which says, do we owe our parents everything or just gratitude?
Well, to me, I owe my parents everything, even though they're not alive today, but I'm still grateful to them, especially my mom. In fact, as a responsible child, I don't think this should be a question; you actually owe them. Even though I know not all parents are good and responsible, but still one should be greatful to them. I could remember When my dad died, I know how many times I heard my mom praying and crying, asking God to help her provide for her to take care of us.
She could give us her children everything. When things became tough for us then, sometimes my mom could cook and not eat because she wanted us to be satisfied first. I sometimes wish she were still alive to enjoy the fruit of her labor. The truth is nobody could love you more than your parents. Parents made the most sacrifices, parents never stop praying for their children, parents are the only people on earth that want you as their child be better than them, and parents are the only people that, no matter how old you are, they never forget you as their child. You're and will always be a child to them.
I owe my parents big time; my money, my time, and my energy infact everything I have belong to my parents. May God rest their souls. Salute 🫡 to all the parents out there, I love and celebrate you. I'm a proud parent.

Thank you dear friend for always been there for me. Oh yes I'm here finally. Thank you once again for inviting me to this amazing community.
You are always welcome!
This is such a heartfelt and emotional first post here . The way you honored your parents, especially your mom, really touched me. Sharing those sacrifices like her praying through hard times and even going without food so her children could eat gave so much weight to your words.
I also admire how you balanced it by acknowledging that not all parents are perfect, yet gratitude remains important. A powerful tribute and a beautiful reminder of parental love. Thank you for sharing this
Thank you very much too for having me here.
