Hello Hello Hivers, Hivians and any other wonderful being who has stumbled onto this!
I am back with another wee stroll in the spring sunshine here in the Kingdom of Fife in Scotland, come let's walk the now.

We have had some wonderfully warm weather and I had to have a wee stroll in to town to get some messages!

I just love a blue sky. Give me settled weather and my bones are happy.

I was in a hurry so was not really in a snap happy mode, although there are a few as the light when it is like this is the best!

You can still tell we have only hit spring, as this lavender bush once it blooms is a huge haven for bees, they are lots of them there in the summer, and it truly is a sight to behold!
I have spent many a wee while chatting to the wifey that owns the house and snapping the bees. Talk about happy work!

Just round the corner are these two wee palm trees. Seeing them in the blue sky, anyone would think this is a warm country🤣

Down Swan Road and towards the sea front we go.

I love this big tree in the middle of the road! Nature at her finest. You are going to box me over with a road well fluff you I will come up through it!

We need to cut through this square as there is something there that I want to see..

It is one of the Wemyss Pottery cat styles.

I won't spoil the cat story too much as there are 17 to find ...
The Wemyss Ware Cat Trail is what it is all about! They will be the subject of a separate post...
And there we have it. That is my last Wednesday walk in May which happened to be yesterday.
Anyway, have a good one.

This post is for #wednesdaywalk which was inspired by @tattoodjay

Its also really hot in there too ha, I noticed how clear the blue sky is, I fan feel the heat from there to here haha. But gosh, thats still a lovely walk. But I bet this kind of weather is still better to some that the cold winter season no?
Hehe not hot really. It is back to 19 so that is it for now lol! Yes much better than cold weather¬
Seventeen! That's cool when places do that. We had horses in a town near us one year. Looks like a beautiful walk on a brilliant blue day!
Yeah it is a fun thing to see. These one has a few in other towns along the coast, but us here until September so am sure will get to see them all.
Catch them all!

I love your city! Have fun on the hunt for the cats.
It is has some character, and yes the cats, I think I have seen 6 hehe
I like those stone houses at your place! While I know those roofs are inclined because of the occasional (or not) heavy rain, I would still take it and live in one like that... And the contrast with the clear blue sky is amazing! Btw. Those two palm trees deserve some kind of "survival trophies"! 😂
And regarding the cat... Maybe a decade ago, I remember we had an exhibition of snails in the local museum, which were made similarly, painted in different colors, and had some specific houses... They were so cute!

I love the architecture, they don't make them like that anymore. Houses are 150 years old and more, they were built to last. Now this throwaway society is a joke. Rant over, yes the sloped roofs are cool. This coast it is more to keep the wind out than the rain though. Thank you
The cat is patiently waiting for you😬. Looks like a hot weather there😁
It was warmer weather now it is all meh again 😋
There are 17 cats in total. Shall I take you to them all?
😬😌😌.
If your bones are happy, I'm happy too, and even though I don't like cats, this is a very striking sculpture. Interesting and colorful walk, Ed. A feline hug.
