Just a Day Being a Day: Quick Shopping, Dali's New Margherita Pizza, and Bagoong with Coconut Milk

The time is ticking...but my hand's not moving. It should be easy to press M to start to, or maybe E if I want to, but my fingers was stuck! O is really just one tap away, but the more I think, the more ideas run away from my brain. Should I just press W? Oh thought, utot! Where do I find you ミ●﹏☉ミ

Dunno what's happening but my brain is not braining today...all I could think rn is what was gonna happen to Moondae if he failed to debut. Ahh, I'm talking about a Manhwa. I am actually just rereading it after seeing that it got over a hundred chapters now. I stop as the end of season 1 so I got so excited.

Anyways, I am not really sure whats gonna be my topic today. I kinda want to talk about poop, but surely no one's want that. I think I am the only one who likes that. Coz you know, poop can be hard, watery, or....ehermmm, should I just talk about food? Yes, I should.

And so, about food....

Nope, its not poop..its actually a Bagoong, some kind of condiments here in the Philippines but a viand for us. This is seriously best paired with rice. It is a fermented fish, according to the seller, it is fermented anchovies so mama immediately grab it. Just 30 pesos foe one bottle

Mama actually used a while coconut in it, I mean just the coconut milk. She grated them manually and squeeze those milk out from it. And rhis is the result, shiny Bagoong. Lol. Also, she put a few leaves of Calamansi, its for the smell. I can't smell it, sad. Also, as for the taste, it is a combination of sweet and salty, just the normal level of both of course.

Mama also made a fried rice, and here's the awesome thing. She fry them to where she cooked the Bagoong. Very, very awesome move! Dibaaa? Lolol. I wat some of course and its a yes for me. You know even need ulam or any dish to pair with it. Just the Bagoong will do.

Anyways, I also make some Pork Adobo for our lunch today.

Marinated it for 15 minutes in vinegar, salt, soy sauce, msg, and pepper. I cook it without sauteeing actually. Mama approved the taste. Yayyyy! Hehe

And then, in the afternoon. This is not about food but i'm showing food anyway, hahaha. Its a quick shopping somewhere

We visit two store just to pass the time. Haha. I am really that bored to be honest. Although we get inside we didn't buy much, just a few things we need in our daily life. I actually want to pick this two coz i'm thinking of making Tuna Spread but with Egg. But...i remember I'm broke. HAHAHAHA

We also visit Dali coz i'm craving their Cheese Rings, surprisingly, my tongue like their Cheese Rings. Its cheaper too. Unfortunately, it is already our of stock. I found one but look, someone maybe open it to try it. Those bad people!

Anyways, I found my favorite Hannie here, I super love this when I was a kid and it is the small version, the original. And Dali's even have product that is similar to my childhood favorite, Hawhaw. I'm sure my fellow Filipinos is familiar to that.

But this is the highlight from Dali, this one is new here, a Margherita Pizza. My first time seeing it here so its new, maybe. I wanted to try it to be honest, good thing its pricey so I didn't buy it. But that decision is whats good for me actually coz I found a vlog on TT saying, it is not that good. Its small, and not really that good? Then its not worth my money! Haha. But if I have extra, I will still try it, seriously.
