A Happy Walk on a Sad Day: Enjoying the Peace, the Greens, the Sunshine, and the Moment

The oldies requested that I dye her hair, it was after lunch and I am supposed to have my afternoon walk in the yard. It kinda annoyed me to be honest because I really hate when my plan was interrupted even just for a bit. Lol. And it didn't stop with just Mommy D because there's a leftover, so I had to do Mama too who's been complaining to me that her hair has a lot of white now. And seriously, the hair dye she like is 75 pesos now from 65 pesos, 10 peso increased is no joke yk. Aigooo

It's Mama's time now so I asked her to prep, by brushing her hair. Her hair is longer that mine now I think so it will be harder if its not easy to brush it. And because leftover dye is not that much either, the hair on the front is the only ones i'll dye. Doing mama's hair is much faster because I don't have to do a full hair. It's done in a snap.

..and so, I finally had my walk in the yard.

But it a bit lonely without Baste here...

It's time for a fun walk. I noticed that there's lot of fallen leaves on the ground that already dried up. Guess Mama has no time yet to clean it all. She usually sweep them and put them all in one place.

Aside from dry leaves, there's also a lot of ripe guava on the ground. Like, it is such a waste -but even though I feel sorry for it, my stomach is not as strong as it is back when I was a kid that I can eat 5 small pieces of it in one sitting.

And seriously, I don't really feel like eating guava now. So sorry guava-chan ಥ⁠_⁠ಥ. There'e also a lot of crushed guava everywhere. I can't smell it but it surely smells. I don't really like the smell of overripe guava. Is it just me? Or you too?

Today's really sunny but the breeze is kinda cold. I'm thinking whether I should take a shower, the water is too cold you see... And I take a shower yesterday anyway ƪ⁠(⁠‾⁠.⁠‾⁠“⁠)⁠┐ lol. But should I really be broadcasting this to everyone? Lol

I continue my walk and snaps whatever caught my attention. When you're living in a place surrounded with nature, you can really find new beautiful things, some are hidden even. My eyes can still find them though especially I am walking to enjoy the scenery.

Our Santan is starting to bloom again, some are just about to. I found one that has spider web in it and with the sun shining on it, I got my best snaps here. What do y'all think?

Here's a weird one with just two stick of flowers -like where's the rest? Haha. And there's also those bunch of flower buds. Cute!

Now, this is really more noticeable because it is barely hanging in the leaves of a money tree. Its swinging left and right because of the intense wind. Its a bagworm according to google lens, a cocoon of a moth. And its really barely hanging in there

Not far from the money tree was the citrus tree and one of its leaf has this cocoon like thing. This thing is really just small but it is a bit bigger now. Like, why create something like this here no? Though its a bit higher, but it is still not fully safe. I think.

So I decided to move on the other side and use the path near the stairs. I was passing by when a cat enforcer stopped me. She is asking for a treats. Lol

Its the cat enforcer Sarah, and she looks clean right now. Not so sure why she loves sleeping in the charcoal. Like they have nice and cozy bed at home but they really like the sack of a charcoal. Coz of that, her color was covered by black thanks to the charcoal. Aigooo, such a cutie.

Anyways, my walk this afternoon is such a fun one. Although I do this almost everyday, but it kinda different today because I am a bit sad. So doing this really helps. And look, I even catch some damselfly which made the walk more. If only I am much faster, I might even snaps a photo if the butterfly I saw. Too bad it is too fast for me to capture it.
