Greetings,
How are you all friends, I hope you are always happy. Thank you Wednesdaywalk Community by #tattoodjay I hope you are healthy and happy. Sharing my experience of traveling to Palabuhanratu city, the distance from Sukabumi city where I live to Palabuhanratu city is around 60 kilometers.
Palabuhanratu city, west Java is the capital of Sukabumi district and one of the tourist destinations. To get to this place there are several transportation alternative such as using public transportation or private vehicle.
The government has built open space called Gadobangkong square, this place is located on the edge of the beach on Kidang kencana street. The Gadobangkong square which was only completed a few months ago, has become a source of pride for the Community of a tourist spot, and also as a place for Community intersection with other Community.
Many visitors come to this place from local residents and out side the city. I tried walking in the Gadobangkong area, lots of visitors came to this place and there were lots of activities being done.
I Saw visitor activities such as visitors playing with their children, just sitting around relaxing, watching the sunset, looking at the beach view, there were visitors bathing in the sea, children playing with Cars in the square.
It was seen that many traditional boats were not fishing because the waves were high and other activities in the Gadobangkong square, there is a statue places close to the sea, the statue is a sea animal called a turtle, it's head faces the sea.
This turtle animal is kept in captivity on the Ujung genteng beach a distance of about 134 kilometers from the city of Palabuhanratu. And the turtle is used as a regional symbol.
