Morning @tydynrain. We shall have to hash it out but I get the gist of what you are saying.
And though you, @borniet and I are amazing Busy Bee Allies for this purpose, we should probably designate the three of us as Activity team leaders and try to coach other Busy Bees who have less engagement and posting.
I want to build up the Busy Bees to be 100 members and then it would be the idea to do all sorts of Activities together. This "Whaleward Ho Team" idea would be one of them.
Let's continue to hash it out here.

Yes, after I wrote this post I was thinking something similar, that differing experience levels in a team be best. I agree that more experienced Hivers should help to orient and coordinate the newcomers. I'm happy to assist in that regard!
