Saludos a la tribu de #wearealive, al igual que a todos mis lectores. El día de hoy inicio con una nueva aventura que espero sea constante y permanente por mucho tiempo, que es la de participar en: “El desafío estoy vivo de la comunidad”.

La idea de iniciar este proceso nace de la lectura diaria de los post de @tylynrain, donde, en el proceso de contar su día a día, nos ayuda a inspirarnos y a seguir adelante, tanto en la red de Hive como en la plataforma de Blurt.

Así que espero poder mantener un post diario donde narre el día a día, tratando de inspirar también a otras personas a que ingresen a la tribu de We Are Alive, y que trabajen en comunidad para crecer y progresar tanto en como en Blurt.

Greetings to the #wearealive tribe, as well as to all my readers. Today I start with a new adventure that I hope will be constant and permanent for a long time, which is to participate in: “The I am alive community challenge”.

The idea of starting this process was born from the daily reading of @tylynrain's posts, where, in the process of telling his day to day, he helps us to get inspired and to move forward, both on the Hive network and on the Blurt platform.

So I hope to be able to keep a daily post where I narrate the day to day, trying to also inspire other people to join the We Are Alive tribe, and to work in community to grow and progress both in and in Blurt.

El día de ayer quería iniciar con este plan de trabajo y, de hecho, ya tenía estructurada toda la presentación que iba a hacer del día jueves y de los planes que tenía para realizar el día sábado, pero muchas veces suceden situaciones que nos obligan a cambiar nuestros planes.

Y el día de ayer, mis planes los cambió la naturaleza, ya que cerca de las dos de la tarde inició una verdadera tormenta eléctrica llena de rayos, fuertes lluvias y vientos fuertes. Y el primer susto lo recibimos cuando un pedazo del friso de la cornisa de la azotea se despegó y cayó justo sobre nuestro toldo en el balcón.

Al salir a revisar de dónde vino el ruido, me conseguí que, además del golpe, había un segundo problema y es que el ventanal al parecer había perdido su protección de goma con el fuerte viento que pegaba en los vidrios y estaba entrando agua por la parte superior de los ventanales hacia el apartamento.

Cuando me acerqué al ventanal y sentí la presión del aire sobre los vidrios, decidí abrir las ventanas de manera parcial y fue lo mejor que hice, ya que, si es cierto que entró algo de agua a la casa, la presión que había sobre el ventanal bajó muchísimo y ahí pude ver cómo el aire, con la presión y el movimiento, no solo había sacado la protección, sino también parte de la mampostería del marco del ventanal.

Al ver eso, dejé las ventanas entreabiertas y tuvimos la suerte de que el aire dejó de golpear de manera directa en contra del ventanal.

En ese momento me puse a recoger el agua y examiné lo que debía hacer para reparar el daño del ventanal, que, si es cierto que era mínimo, también es cierto que va a ser un problema muy fastidioso y más en momentos de lluvia.

Y mientras hacía eso, seguían cayendo los relámpagos, y de un momento a otro se fue la luz, y aunque seguí la lluvia y los truenos, la energía eléctrica llegó como a los 15 minutos. Sin embargo, a los pocos minutos, cayó otra centella y, por el ruido que hizo, cayó muy cerca de la casa y esa vez se fue la luz, pero esta vez por horas.

Yesterday I wanted to start with this work plan and, in fact, I already had structured all the presentation I was going to make on Thursday and the plans I had to make on Saturday, but many times situations happen that force us to change our plans.

And yesterday, my plans were changed by nature, since around two in the afternoon a real thunderstorm full of lightning, heavy rains and strong winds started. And we got the first scare when a piece of the frieze on the roof ledge came off and fell right on our awning on the balcony.

When I went out to check where the noise came from, I got that, in addition to the bang, there was a second problem and that is that the window had apparently lost its rubber protection with the strong wind hitting the windows and water was entering through the top of the windows towards the apartment.

When I approached the window and felt the air pressure on the windows, I decided to partially open the windows and it was the best thing I did, because, if it is true that some water entered the house, the pressure that was on the window went down a lot and there I could see how the air, with the pressure and movement, had not only taken out the protection, but also part of the masonry of the window frame.

When I saw that, I left the windows ajar and we were lucky that the air stopped hitting directly against the window.

At that moment I started collecting the water and examined what I should do to repair the damage to the window, which, if it is true that it was minimal, it is also true that it is going to be a very annoying problem and more so in times of rain.

And while I was doing that, the lightning kept falling, and from one moment to the next the power went out, and although I followed the rain and the thunder, the electric power arrived about 15 minutes later. However, a few minutes later, another flash fell and, because of the noise it made, it fell very close to the house and that time the power went out, but this time for hours.

Cuando nos dimos cuenta de que el problema de la electricidad iba a ser para un rato largo, todos empezamos a buscar qué hacer.

Además, en mi piso, los únicos que tenemos cocina con gas somos nosotros, mientras que el resto de los vecinos tiene cocina eléctrica, así que tocó apoyar a los vecinos con la comida.

Al buscar qué hacer, me acordé de que mi mamá tenía unas sandalias playeras que estaban rotas y las iba a mandar a coser, y en ese momento, decidí ponerme a reparar los zapatos de mi mamá y otros zapatos míos.

Así que lo primero que hice fue fabricar las herramientas, y realicé un punzón y creé una aguja para coser zapatos con una aguja de crochet.

Después de eso me puse a arreglar los zapatos, hasta las 9 de la noche que fue cuando llegó la luz, y ahí me puse a arreglar cosas en la casa y me acosté cerca de las 12 de la noche.

Y ayer, no pude hacer nada en Hive y Blurt, por la situación arriba contada.

When we realized that the electricity problem was going to be for a long time, we all started looking for what to do.

When looking for what to do, I remembered that my mom had some beach sandals that were broken and she was going to send them to sew, and at that moment, I decided to start repairing my mom's shoes and other shoes of mine.

So the first thing I did was to make the tools, and I made a punch and created a needle for sewing shoes with a crochet needle.

After that I started to fix the shoes, until 9 o'clock at night when the light came, and then I started to fix things in the house and went to bed around 12 o'clock at night.

And yesterday, I couldn't do anything in Hive and Blurt, because of the situation told above.
