Every Tuesday at the We Are Alive Tribe is the day set aside to stake ALIVE and HEARTVEAT tokens. It's not just about staking for staking sakes, but to give strength and add value to the tokens.

So, moving forward towards achieving my AP goal of 15000 Alive Power, today powered up 110 $ALIVE to take me to 7709 AP. A quick calculation to determine the outstanding balance will be 15000 minus 7709, is equal to 7291 AP.

On $HEARTBEAT, I didn't set a particular goal on it but to accumulate the token as it comes. Today I staked 49 of the tokens. So, presently my wallet balance reads 1408 after the stake. Let's see how much I will arrive at by the end of the year.

Yesterday was a not-too -good one for me as something that seemed like minor tooth discomfort suddenly escalated to a serious toothache. Oh my goodness! It wasn't what I bargained for. My whole day went completely south. All my plans for the day were completely shattered. I could not sit nor lye down in peace—Pain became my companion.

The most painful aspect of it was that I was hungry but was scared of eating.Food became like an object for decoration. I could not even swallow saliva freely, talk more about water or food. To swallow saliva looked like I was swallowing bone. Gush! I'd never had such an ugly experience in my entire life. But I'm grateful the story is different today.

I have my peace now and could comfortably eat without fear and pain. Just imagine how a little disorder in a particular part of one's body could ruin one's entire day at a time when it's least expected, at a time when it mattered most. Truly, good health is priceless.

To wrap it up, on today's ALIVE and HEARTVEAT Power Up Day, I powered up 110 $ALIVE and 49 $HEARTBEAT tokens. Yesterday, I suffered a server toothache which actually ruined all my plans for the day, but thankfully today I'm a lot better.
