There were some disturbing patients (not emergency) on Monday! 41 patients visited me in my chamber. In the visa medical section, a good number of people came for their fitness test. Of them, there was a guy whose blood pressure was way too high; over 200/150 mmHg. Surprisingly, he had no symptoms due to his high BP. He waited for several hours and we checked his BP multiple times. But, the measurement didn't come down. I added a medicine and asked him to return the next morning.

I got a few children in my chamber with vomiting and/or upper respiratory tract infections on Monday as well. They either contracted the virus from the school or from other family members. Of them, there was a 6-year-old plus kid with only a 10 kg body weight (a baby with developmental issues). He was having repeated vomiting. According to his mother, a good number of other family members had similar illnesses! Paying extra and special attention to the kids, especially to the vulnerable kids, is quite important.

After returning home from the office, I was quite tired. Hence, I couldn't walk on the treadmill. However, I made over 10,000 steps on Monday!
