Sun, Sketch Pens, and an Afternoon Playdate - IIAC - Day 867

Last week was quite hectic, as I was out of town attending to official work. The arrival of the winter season has brought cooler temperatures, with mornings and evenings feeling noticeably chilled. However, the afternoons remain pleasant when the sun is out.
This past Sunday, Gurseerat and I spent some time sitting outside in the sun, where she was engaged in a coloring activity. We had placed an online order for some household essentials through an instant delivery app. The items arrived in a paper bag featuring a vector style "Marble" character and a small finding game. Gurseerat immediately got out her sketch pens and began coloring the images. Unfortunately, the activity was interrupted when our younger child woke up and started interfering.
In the afternoon, a friend and her family visited our home. My friend's child is also a good friend of Gurseerat, who had been eagerly anticipating the visit since the morning. The children shared lunch and played together until the evening. Overall, it turned out to be a very enjoyable day.

पिछले रविवार को, गुरसीरत और मैंने कुछ समय बाहर धूप में बैठकर बिताया, जहाँ वह कलरिंग एक्टिविटी में लगी हुई थी। हमने एक इंस्टेंट डिलीवरी ऐप से घर के कुछ ज़रूरी सामान का ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर दिया था। सामान एक पेपर बैग में आया जिसमें एक वेक्टर स्टाइल "मार्बल" कैरेक्टर और एक छोटा सा फाइंडिंग गेम था। गुरसीरत ने तुरंत अपने स्केच पेन निकाले और तस्वीरों में रंग भरने लगी। बदकिस्मती से, एक्टिविटी में तब रुकावट आई जब हमारा छोटा बच्चा जाग गया और दखल देने लगा।
दोपहर में, एक दोस्त और उसका परिवार हमारे घर आए। मेरे दोस्त का बच्चा भी गुरसीरत का अच्छा दोस्त है, जो सुबह से ही उनके आने का बेसब्री से इंतज़ार कर रहा था। बच्चों ने लंच शेयर किया और शाम तक साथ खेले। कुल मिलाकर, यह बहुत मज़ेदार दिन रहा।
