Mid-Term Exams Update & Exciting Dance Class Plans, IIAC - Day 862

Today is day 862 of participation,

Exam about to end Rain Ending

Last week was quite busy due to the mid-term exams. Overall, the exams went well, and I’m hopeful that the results will be positive. We only have one exam left, which is for English. It was originally scheduled for last week, but due to bad weather and an administrative decision, the school was closed for three days, causing the exams during that period to be postponed. I’m not concerned, though, as Gurseerat excels in English.

The weather has cleared up now, and it hasn’t rained in our area for the past four days, with the sun shining brightly. We can definitely feel the heat when we are outside.

Gurseerat is interested in dance, like most kids, so we’ve decided it would be great to enroll in a dance class once the exams are finished.

पिछला हफ़्ता मध्यावधि परीक्षाओं के कारण काफ़ी व्यस्त रहा। कुल मिलाकर, परीक्षाएँ अच्छी रहीं और मुझे उम्मीद है कि नतीजे भी अच्छे आएंगे। अब सिर्फ़ एक परीक्षा बाकी है, जो अंग्रेज़ी की है। यह पहले पिछले हफ़्ते होनी थी, लेकिन ख़राब मौसम और प्रशासनिक फ़ैसले के कारण स्कूल तीन दिन के लिए बंद रहा, जिससे उस दौरान की परीक्षाएँ स्थगित कर दी गईं। हालाँकि, मुझे चिंता नहीं है, क्योंकि गुरसीरत अंग्रेज़ी में बहुत अच्छी है।

अब मौसम साफ़ हो गया है और पिछले चार दिनों से हमारे इलाके में बारिश नहीं हुई है, धूप खिली हुई है। बाहर निकलने पर हमें गर्मी का एहसास ज़रूर हो रहा है।

ज़्यादातर बच्चों की तरह गुरसीरत को भी नृत्य में रुचि है, इसलिए हमने तय किया है कि परीक्षाएँ खत्म होने के बाद उसे नृत्य कक्षा में दाखिला दिलाना अच्छा रहेगा।
