Oxidative health is the state when there is a proper balance between free radicals and antioxidants in our blood. When free radicals get an upper hand, it is called oxidative stress which is bad for us!

A study showed that a daily consumption of around 60 grams of almonds (approximately 22 almonds) helps our body to minimize oxidative stress!
