Well, once you know that that is one of your flaws, you can start working with it :-) That's why I tend to use my smartphone a lot to keep track of lists and notes and such :-) Trying to organize the mind somewhat :-) Not that it is always as successful, but stil, attempts are there, and improvements are made...

Oh, indeed, and I do a very similar thing! I've come to know how I flow pretty well, so I've learned to focus on and complete moment-to-moment priorities, and keep track of time, which helps a lot! Things don't always go according to plan, of course, but I adapt, improvise, and overcome. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
