RE: The Screen Free Challenge, What Really Happens When you Disconnect For 24 Hours CONTEST#2

Huh... I think I haven't spent a day without the Internet in the last few years... I don't like mobile phones (probably because of bad eyesight ๐Ÿ˜‚), but I'm definitely addicted to my laptop... It's getting better with time, but not as I would like...

To my defense, I'm an IT guy, and everything I do (work-related) is connected to the computer and the Internet... All that is a great excuse, but... I could do a "screen detox" during the weekends! For the last couple of months, I have tried to keep my weekends freer, as I'm not ready for the "full-off-grid mode" yet... ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Congrats on your achievement! It's a great first step... Now you have to repeat it next month to make it routine! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

It is quite difficult for us to stay away from the internet, because perhaps every second or maybe third person in this era is addicted to the internet.
Someone is making their connections with people on the internet and earning via internet. Many are wasting their time, but we have to limit our mobile screen usage, otherwise it can blind us (as many of mobile/screen users have to wear glasses for eye protection), and maybe affect our mental health.

Yeah, we use the Internet for different things... It's almost impossible to live without it in the modern era, but we can disconnect sometimes and go back to our roots... The world will not die without us leaving a comment on IG... ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
