When Gas Outage Forced Me to Take A Weird Meal

The Weirdest Food Combination I Love (or Regret Trying)

Hello, #Susueona friends. I like eating Indomie noodles, especially in the evening before leaving the office. Not because I am hungry, but because the lady who makes it at our office canteen knows how to prepare and garnish it with green pepper and spring Onion.

One day, I left the office early after an official assignment. On my way, I felt hungry and thought about the fastest food to eat once I got home. My mind browsed through the food stuff and things at home when I remembered that we have this pepper soup Indomie that is the talk of the town. Everybody seems to like it so much. So I decided it would be a perfect meal for me, with egg, spring onion, and green pepper.

However, on my way, I got a call from home to stop at a nearby shop and buy moimoi and pap for the family's dinner. Since I already had my plans, I set aside my portion and made provisions for others in the house.

Getting home, I learned there was cooked bean porridge. I was excited because I love beans, but I have never eaten it with Indomie. At that point, I prepared the pap, warmed the moimoi, and served my family while I continued with my plan for a spicy Indomie. When I finished cooking the Indomie and was about to garnish it with spring onion, green pepper, and fry my egg, the gas finished.

Phew, it was already late, and the gas stations had closed. I felt nearly devastated, but because I was very hungry, I brought the Indomie and added some cooked porridge beans beside it. That was how I ate the weirdest food combination forced down my throat by the gas outage. I haven’t tried such a combination before, but that crazy kitchen experience forced me to change my plan 360 degrees from my choice of a well-garnished Indomie with egg, spring onion, and green pepper to just Indomie and beans. Very weird experience indeed. Have you had a similar experience before? Share your thoughts with me. Thank you for stopping by.

O boi, Indomie with beans & porridge = to much carbs. I can feel pain of stomach from 1000 kilometers away.
Be aware, eating to much indomie isn't good for health - Advice by experienced person who had eaten indomie daily 9 Years ago.

Nope, I tested with eggs, chicken, vegetables even meat but still it's not healthy bcz of white flour. Chinese noodles are perfect if they are made with pure wheat & people don't like Chinese noodles easily if they first tasted white flour noodles.
