It's true, my friend, some people prefer to rent a house first before they can afford to buy a house or build it themselves, but in my area it is considered wasteful and a waste of money, we here prefer to build our own house rather than rent a house.

Sometimes, if you plan ahead, you can make a down payment and buy a house, because then the money from renting can be used to pay the installments, but of course it all depends on good research, and we don't always have the money for that.
