Balancing mental and physical health is really important to us because when we balance them, we will get to manage them if we had our work or something that we do.
But if we aren't going to balance this mental and physical health, it may wear us or we can say that it might get us burnout as we know that if we will do overwork even if one of the health is higher than the other, it will give us strain not only to our body but also to our mind.
There are many ways to balance this mental and physical health. We just need to manage these so that we cannot suffer one thing or another.
One of the most important is to manage the work load or stress. Plan in advance on what step you can do so that you will not get confuse on the things that you will do next. Planning on your next work is the best way to manage them correctly and to lessen your stress.
While managing them, you also need to break for seconds or minutes to relax yourself as you might get into the loop if you are going to plan and plan and plan. Clear up your mind and think of the best possible way to manage these workload one by one.
Usually, if you have many workload at your hand, you need to think on what's the easiest workload for this as you may know that if you will start first at the hardest workload, you may not proceed with the other workload since you were focus in the hardest one and it may delay to do the simple workload because of this hardest workload.
Another step that you need to practice is to become sociable to your co-workers or colleagues because they are the ones that will lessen the burden by sharing ideas and thoughts that may help you one or another.
It's not that you will be alone in the company since there were lots of employees in a company and becoming sociable or connect with them is a way to ease the stress.
I experience that one that I will go to other offices and talk with the other employees to help me keep my stress and to lessen it. It's not necessary but it's a great help that talking with them gives me idea about the work that I am working.
It also gives me a peace of mind while talking to them because I can casually talk with them and at the same time, I can get some ideas about their work and I may give some advices but not all since they have their own designation of work.
