I don't know about government all around the world but you see this country Nigeria government, it is only for the rich and wealthy. If you look around with thing happening in different sectors and areas then you will not argue this fact. There a lot of policies that we think it is meant to protect everyone but truly, it only protect the rich people, those who have power or connection while the poor people have to struggle to survive everyday.

We all know that actions speaks louder than words. The government tell us they are working for everyone, they are trying to protect everyone but their actions says otherwise. How would you be protecting everyone and most people will feel left out? When banks are failing, the government will them to stay afloat and when big companies complain, policies will change just to favour them.
Industries will receive loans and special support. But when a common man is suffering, they are ignored, prices of food will skyrocket, transport will be another story, don't forget house rent is also there and it'll become unbearable. Poor people are told to be patient and endure hardship whole the rich people live very comfortably.
One painful truth is that money gives people a loud voice. Rich people can influence the governments decisions because they always find political campaigns, they have big companies, they own big businesses. Poor people can't sit with lawmakers of their government. When policies and laws are made, the government only thinks about how it will affect investors and big companies, they do not think about the market women, farmers, or workers who live from hand to mouth.
Some people say it is only corruption that made our government the way it is but that is not the only thing. The system itself is built in a way that it only favors the rich and wealthy people of the society. Laws are written in complex ways that it favors only those who understand and can manipulate them. For example, when a wealthy man wants to be arrested or when he is arrested he is been treated like a king in a police station even if he is guilty simply because he has money. But when a poor man is being arrested, he is treated like a thief, like he means nothing even when he is innocent, they will find something to accuse him of and beat or treat him like a thief or an armed robber.
The rich can afford good lawyers and advisors, while the poor struggle to understand their basic rights. This creates a cycle where the rich wins while the poor suffer and always left behind. The fact that rich are always favored is painful, government should protect everyone the poor and those in need are not to be excluded.
When a government ignores the poor then it is failing its people and this will make people loose hope, it'll make them feel frustrated and angry. We can only have true development when the government listens to the cries of the common man.

India is facing a similar issue. The Indian government is not supporting the middle class and the poor. We are in the same boat. The government also discourages new technology like crypto, saying it's gambling.
Hmmm! Just your topic says it all. Voices unheard. People are left out and yet the government says they are protecting everyone. It's well my de
