Aww this movie is a boom! To me this home movie is a must watch to everyone especially to couples. The interesting part of it is that... is hilarious, educative, and awesome. Trust me even though you are not a film lover you will surely enjoy this particular one. The lead roles was acted by Ruth kadiri and deza the great produce by thesame actress Ruth kadiri...

The painful truth is that not all who are married are actually happy in it due to many martial issues or challenges, most of these happy homes you see today is through hard works some spouses conquered those challenges and battles together.
As the popular saying that goes, it takes two to tangle no one is spotless we all have our weaknesses but is now left for both of them to come together as one and iron those differences, compromise, sacrifice and show respect for each other.

The manager is a Nigerian movie that talks about the story of two rich couples, the wife is such a nice, patient, submissive, respectful and above all so good but she not happy in her marriage due to the husband is a very stingy being, the problem is that he doesn't see it as been stingy but as a manager he sees it as saving for the future. He manages practically everything both in work place and at home without allowing the wife as the woman of the house to exercise her authority regarding the affairs of the home, when the woman eat more than two slice bread it becomes a problem even her own sanitary pad he monitors how many she ought to use every month if she dares use more than the number he told her it becomes a serious problem...the wife looks so unkept and her hair is always bad and so obvious by many who do see her around that she's not been properly taken care of as a housewife, many times she tried convincing her husband to allow her get a job but all proves abortive because he has this notion that the wife will rub shoulders with him once she start making money. family and friends do wonder even as a rich man without kids yet find it so difficult to spend on relevant things especially those things needed at home and also to his wife. One fateful day her friend came visiting but the wife was finding it difficult to serve her a drink or food because of how stingy the husband was, no matter how she tries hiding it he will still find out that something is missing. her friend understand too because they all know him to be a very stingy man. so while her friend is still waiting in the sitting room the wife fetched bit by bit of drinks form different bottles of wines so that the husband wouldn't find out that she gave a drink to a visitor which the friend advised her to return the drink for peace to reign in her home. She also tried to convince the wife to find something doing in order to take care of herself, the wife said her husband said No to the idea but she will not give up on trying to convince him about it. The husband friends and family tried countless times to talk him out of his stinginess but he refused to listen to anyone. his mom hardly visit because of her son's stinginess she prefers staying with her daughters than him...the last time she visited still nothing changed on the way he treat his wife she was heartbroken she courage the wife and gives her money to take care of herself by buying new dresses and change her hair the mom also told the wife that she support any decisions she takes regarding her marriage with her son since he has refused to change.

Fortunately to the wife there was this new neighbor who just moved in and he was finding it difficult to adjust with the arrangements especially in the kitchen, he knocked at her door for the first time looking for assistance for a cup of coffee though he brought his ingredients she accepted to help him make it, after introducing himself to her. the man looks like a perfect gentle man who deals on ladies human hair wigs as a profession. The wife was nice to the stranger, with time they became friends she also made it clear to him that she's married no strings attach he agreed and apologize for any inconveniences, he realised how bad she always looks he tried talking to her about it but she couldn't open up to him about the condition of things in her marriage infact she pretended everything was fine but one could tell the obvious by mere looking at her, he didn't push it he just let her be for the moment. The second time he asked her for help for a pot of jollof rice she's was surprised on the amount of money he gave her to cook... 10,000naira for just one person's meal. he said he knows the prices of foodstuffs in the market are very high this days, she remembered her husband never do that but gives her little money that is not enough to cook and he tells her to manage it while she treks for a long distance to reach home from market even with cars at home she weep silently. With time the stranger friend realise the kind of man she married he tried by helping her in making her husband jealous and insecure about his wife though the wife was not aware of his intentions.
the husband complained on few occasions on seeing them together talking, the neighbor gave the wife a new beautiful long hair wig that cost so much as a gift the husband too try to compete with the neighbor by buying the wife a second hand smelling wig and a old bad car that refuses to start after bragging to his wife about a car he bought for her she was sad on seeing it because he doesn't know how to give her good gifts.

On her birthday the neighbor friend surprised her with amazing decorations and gift. the wife was so happy, While the husband was dumbfounded because he forgot his own wife's birthday and he was jealous the next day he pick a fight with the neighbor. One day while the wife was talking with the neighbor friend she told him how much she loves her husband but she getting tired of the whole thing but he encourage her and advice her well to be patient with him that things will be fine some day. But the husband never change she couldn't take it any longer she told the husband she's done with the marriage that she is leaving him for good unless he stop micro managing everything which is just too much for her to bear... initially he thought she was joking but after seeing she's serious about it he pleaded by asking her to forgive him and also promise her he will change and he need her help to change for better. The neighbor also advise the husband that money is made to enjoy when necessary and he should treat the wife right because she's a good woman.
