Selling and buyer has been a part of human life right from when the world was made, a lot of individuals have at one point in their life had to sell or buy something from people. It's not a strange thing to actually have more than one person with whom one buys a particular product from.

So there's this lady I met at the market very close to my house , she sells pepper and also grinds with the local made grinder and , yeah it was normal that I bought stuff from her and I paid her in full, anytime she sees me and she has fresh goods she always notifies me about it.
And because I am someone that doesn't like stress , even though I might not be a wealthy person, I still do not like stuff that stresses me out , especially when I am not benefiting anything from it , so it has been like this with her for many months , let's say even years, I didn't even always bother branching at the market because I knew she is always there.
Then on two occasions while I was on my way back from school , after leaving a big market behind only to get to her store , she didn't have what I wanted din her store on two occasions, I felt frustrated because it actually disrupted my week on those those occasions, so my sister showed me a spot she usually bought stuff from at the market one day while we were on our way back from school.
And because of the experience I already had I had to start buying from this new place and I would take the pepper and tomato to her store to grind, because then I didn't have an electric blender, at first when she saw I bought ans she had I told her it was because she didn't have the last time I came and she grinder for me , until one day she said she doesnt use to grind other people stuff , that so far there weren't buying from her. But I told her I usually paid money to grind the stuff and it was free.
She started giving attitudes from them, but I didn't say anything anymore, I had to look for somewhere else to do my stuff, so here she already felt entitled to me buying from her, but I also asked her this question, I said is it a crime to buy from another place?, she couldn't respond.
And because I hate rubbish and stress , I carried myself to another place.
So I learnt to buy stuff from different sources, since then I never bought something from one kind of trader, I just move around till I see anyone that will sell what I really do want.
Somehow if I say a good experience I had with a trader was when I bought my kids back to school stuff worth 30$ that's about 40 thousand Naira then, and the woman actually gave me a discount , instead of paying 40000 , she asked me to pay 35 thousand naira , because she said she like women that spend on their kids and don't wait for men to give them money.
So I was really happy on this day because it made my day and she was a stranger for that matter.

Some people thinks others can not do without them, she is the one losing and her behavior can chase other customers away, why will she say she can't grind for you when you are paying her or she is jealous of you not buying from her anymore.
I guess she's jealous and she wants me to go hungry whenever she doesn't have what to sell. Can you imagine
You really were peaceful.
Abi o .
I had to keep my calm.
Na wetin dey use know me na
Itβs just so frustrating when people feel entitled to loyalty without earning it, see the pepper seller, you were be8ng fair, you paid for her services,so that attitude is uncalled for, for me, you handled that well by moving on, no one should have to deal with stress like that.
And the trader who gave you a discount really is heartwarming stood our. Those little gestures can brighten our day and remind us there are still good people out there. Thanks for sharingπ€.
