Kindness in An Unexpected Place.

Kindness is one act that we as individuals have received from either one place or from people, being kind to someone actually goes a long way in settling the hearts of people.

So there was this place in my school where I was supposed to go sign some documents last year, I was very scared to go to there because I have heard my course mates talk about how the woman usually talk down on them and that sometimes she doesn't even attend to them on time and submitting this file was very important , and it is needed to qualify you as a student of this my school, So i prepared myself mentally and also physically, i had to search my closet for a very good dress and i actually had to dress so corporate because if this one file.

I had decided to leave my house early that day , so that I wouldn't have to be in a queue, I was out of the house before 7am, and by 8am I was at her office ,though I met some people there, thankfully there were not many. We had to wait so the office could be opened. While I sat waiting for her , I was silently praying that I met her in a good mood, like I seriously was restless , not until she walked in and we all greeted her, i was the fourth leeson that she attended to that day, immediately I got inside I brought out my file and gave it to her, she was now like, “ Oh you are akwa ibom ? How are you , which side are you from , sit down na,” that when she helped me in rearranging the file and even staples it , something they said she never did for free, while she was doing all this she was still talking and I was answering her , till she asked me to collect her number , that incase I needed anything or was ever in trouble.

I was so happy leaving her office that day, not only did I find favour in her sight, I also was able to submit my file without any harassment. I was just so happy on this day.

One time I was treated poorly was when I was still a secondary school student , I had been friend with a few of my sister's classmates , because we were age mate and i was more free with them than girls in my own class, like my classmates then we're about 4-5 years older than I was, so it was much easier making friends with my sister's classmates.

I have forgotten what happened , like what cause us to stop talking for a while , but when something happened to me in my class, like my own classmates beat me up because I got a valentine gift from one of the guys in class, unknown to me he was a boyfriend to one of female classmates , well I was beaten because I was tagged a boyfriend snatcher, hilarious right?

Then this my friend that had stop talking to me started spreading rumors about me in her class , because she she I was closer to girls in her class, well it hurts me to the point of I never wanted to make close friends with any female again and this is how this incident has affected my relationship with being friends with females , I prefer having guys as friends , than having a close female friend , because of the hurt i got from them.

Kindness pays and it wouldn't hurt for us to show people it.
