W35E2 Contest - What I Do When I Stay Up Late !

Hi Everyone !

In this post, I'm back in participating in the Contest Week 35 Edition 2, which was held by the Hive Learners Community.

There are many things that cause people to choose for stay up late at night, such as there is work to be done, there are assignments from the teacher, And there are people who really work at night or there are people who deliberately don't sleep at night because they want to watch football or playing games and other things.

I also often stay up late if there is something that I really have to finish that night, but I stay up more often because I want to watch matches from my favorite club from the past until now, namely when there are Manchester United matches because usually I watch almost all Manchester united matches.

Feeling sleepy when staying up late is a natural thing, but usually people have their own way of not feeling sleepy when staying up late. And usually i avoid sleepy while staying up late by drinking black coffee, because every time I drink coffee at night I always have a hard time sleeping.

This method may be very widely used by people around the world because drinking coffee at night does make it difficult for us to sleep so that it makes it easier for us to stay up late And I guarantee you will not sleep until the morning because I often do it.

So that you stay active while staying up late maybe you can try to drink coffee while smoking a cigarette, because enjoying a cup of coffee while smoking a cigarette is also believed to make it easier for us to find creative ideas while staying up late.

Usually I also condition myself so I don't sleep when I'm staying up late, And one of the ways I condition myself is by listening to metal music using earphones so that people at home don't wake up And this method I think is also very effective to make us not sleepy when stay up late.

There are many other ways so that we don't fall asleep when we stay up late, but what I often apply is to drink a cup of coffee and I think it's very effective because I've been doing it for a long time. and until now I think it's still effective because coffee can make us not sleepy all night.

Actually staying up late is not good for our health, but there are several causes that require us to stay up late so we are forced to stay up late. If there is no need, it would be nice if we don't stay up late because it is dangerous if we do it often so, we can stay up late if there is a need.

So if there is no need, usually I will not stay up late and choose to sleep, but if there is something I am doing at night then I will stay up late while accompanied by a cup of black coffee so I don't sleep.

And the point is that one of my ways to stay active and creative while staying up late is to enjoy a cup of black coffee, because coffee can not only make us sleepy, but it can also keep us active and creative to think while staying up.

We cannot just stay up late without a reason, there must be something that is prompting us to stay up late and we have to find tips to help us. By drinking coffee or other good drinks, listening to music, taking a shower, taking a stroll around and so on.

I haven’t tried metal music before, but coffee definitely doesn’t work for me. I don’t know whether I’ve just built a resilience against caffeine or what the issue is.

Metal music sounds effective though. I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep with a loud af song plugged into my ear.

Listening to Metal music is one of my ways to not get sleepy when I stay up late, and I've tried that way many times. 😅

One day I sat down and thought of how countries that have big time difference with The England time and the rest, cope with matches. Some of them would have to stay awake all night to watch match
