Self Esteem And Loving Who We Are

Happy weekend community and dear friends πŸ˜πŸ’•.

What a loving prompt from #hiveleaners to end this amazing first week in the ember month. And a thrilling question because it has to do with how we see ourselves. The first thing we should know here being that we are created differently which is why every human has no replica even twins πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈ that looks identical.

And as humans, we should always focus on self love and positive energy at all times which is the drive towards self esteem and confidence that can make us overcome every standard we encounter in the society because we can never in any way please others with the way we look or appear., but carrying ourselves with dignity, self respect, self love ❀️, total confidence and. care can help us feel good and be at peace with ourself at all time which can bring people our way and those who will see us and accept us the way we look.

For me I have been on a slim side since my childhood and growing into adulthood I have also tried to keep in shape by watching what I eat and taking exercises, but in all I think πŸ’ I inherited my look from my grandmother whose genre never add weight despite what they eat which I see in myself. And so its not that as many that are chubby or fat are eating excessively but because of their genre, they can not loose weight easily which is why they should cut down from carbs, starchy foods and stay more on fiber and vegetables.

Another thing to body positivity is that age changes us a lot as we began to grow from being a teenager to an adult πŸ‘©πŸ», because our body system changes and with each time our hormone changes which is why many will begin to expand in hips, chest and even belly. Others might also just stretch and grow taller because they are not going to add body mass easily.

In any way, I do not see anything wrong with being fat or being thin because everyone comes differently. We should always know that people choices differ. A man may like a lady that is chubby for a reason while another man likes a thing lady also for a reason. People should not try to isolate themselves because of how they see themselves.Self love and self esteem are two important factors here. I have seen ladies who are over- weight carrying them with dignity which positively takes them to where they feel they should be because they eventually met someone who desires them. So body size does not matter. What matters is self care, self esteem, dignity and a good personality of self worth.

Although environments we found ourselves sometimes affects us because of how we look and the people we are getting to know, but I believe its always in our hands to surprise people by making very obvious that we are confident of our body which settles and align things quickly. And we should not always care about what others has to say because our body is ours. We should just focus on how to eat right to stay in the best shape we could.

And the only time I have felt bad about my body was during child bearing because pregnancy 🀰 is one hormone and period that lots of women dislike themselves because of body expansion. But many who knows what they want about their bodies, don’t waste time after child delivery.

This is my response to the #hivelearners featured content for week 181, edition 03, tagged β€œBODY POSITIVITY”.

Self love really drives self esteem and confidence but we should not also forget to keep our health intact so that it won't just be bold face outside but confidence within and without

Exactly dear friend. Health in check is very important especially for those whose genre are on a fatty side like I recommended high consumption of fiber and vegetables without regular exercise.

Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy 😊 your weekend.
