Everything we do in life is done with a reason and purpose especially things that concerns our health and lifestyle. I mean taking decisions over doing something or things must be one we have checked and know the benefits before we venture into doing them.
Being vegan π± is a lifestyle of completely living and eating specifically plant-based foods which in practice is called veganism. A person who does not eat any food derived from animals and does not use any animal π¦ products. This practice is one I considered very important as a lifestyle because for me health comes first before other things.
Many who do not know the importance of being a vegan π± see it as a difficult practice may be due to their love β€οΈ for normal living and lifestyle which they have lived with all their lives, but I tell you that living and going vegan π± is one big opportunity for a healthier lifestyle but needs one to take the decision and never go back if you see a reason to become a vegan.
To many of us this practice or lifestyle is one that is difficult to keep because of how we can not keep up with it or how our environment has influenced us into eating various animal foods because of how delicious they taste. But honestly speaking we must have practiced veganism in one way or the other especially those times that money π° might be scarce or funding beef π₯©, chicken π meals are difficult.
And to this third edition question, 1 will say I love vegan π± personally and have been trying my best in eating mostly vegetable and fiber meals not minding beef π₯©, chicken π and others most times because I know how healthy vegan π± is. And especially for those who are not younger in age that needs mostly vegan π± meals. And as one who is here on hive, I cook and enjoy vegan meals most times, some my original recipes while some I get from culinary books π.
I make vegetable salads, smoothies of all kinds and soupsπ² from vegan π± recipes which taste so good and looks irresistible because veggies π₯ and fruits are so enriching with lots of vitamins for body boosting immune systems. This kind of meals has helped me to keep in shape even when am not exercising because most vegan meals are light, has and contains fiber.
However, vegan π± is so broad that we can get virtually all that we need to replace everything in normal diet because itβs versatile in recipe too. The problem is that many feels that they canβt cope with veganism because of how traditional foods are part of our early days of growing up even when many see vegan as a healthier lifestyle.
In conclusion, I hope to continue with my style of practice of vegan especially as I grew older because veganism is one means of staying healthier and enjoying good healthy meals which most times even cost π² less and inexpensive. Although as a mother with family, I also have to incorporate cooking for my family which might tempt me sometimes, but its all about making s decision and keeping to it. I hope to try my best for heath reasons.
