In my todayโs Creative Sunday recipe, I will share and teach you guys of how you can prepare this delicious delight of fruits blend of carrot ๐ฅ, cherry tomatoes ๐ mangoes ๐ฅญ with touch of ginger that makes it a more healthier smoothie ๐น.
This very combination from my beautiful lovely kitchen is a delightful smoothie to treat ourselves for an enjoyable weekend and into the new week, boosting our energy and fortifying our immune system. Its simple and straightforward once you have the few ingredients readily available.
Here I show you the ingredients and step by step to for preparing this smoothie ๐น
2 medium mangoes ๐ฅญ
1 medium carrot
1 medium cherry tomatoes ๐
1/4 teaspoon of ginger
1 tablespoon of premium sugar
Step 1,
We begin this smoothieโs preparation by first cleaning the carrot, wash and sterilize before dicing it into small sizes.. Then we also wash, sterilize the cherry tomatoes and slice it thinly.
Step 2.
We wash and sterilize the mango, cut-peel of the back before cutting it into tiny sizes.
As in here above.
Step 3.
And here we have them ready.
Step 4.
To blend them I will add the ingredients one by one into the blender. The mango, the carrot and cherry tomatoes , one tablespoon of premium sugar, ginger and premium water ๐ฆ.
Step 5.
Will then blend them into a smoothie with gradual processing.
Step 6.
Once its ready, I will serve this delightful smoothie before taking it into the refrigerator to cool a bit for a more enjoyable taste and feel.
Smoothies are so nutritional and healthy. Combining fruits ๐ ๐๐ฅญ๐ another beautiful ways we can even enjoy it better. This combination of carrots ๐ฅ, cherry tomatoes ๐ and mangoes is so delicious that you will want to prepare it severally. An immune boosting while supplying us energy. Hope you like it. Enjoy.
