Get in the car, Hit the road. [Life threatning experience]

Life is made of moments and the World is out there is full of precious and unique adventures waiting for us. From the times I saw bollywood star Rajesh Khanna crooning ‘mere sapno ki rani kab aayegi tu’ on an open jeep, I was very much fascinated to make similar trip. At the end I made many memorable road trips but not like the one I saw in the song, running along the train tracks. Still, my personal experiences of Car Road Trips in India have always been memorable. I have done innumerable car road trips, especially, when I was in my job to get rid of the work pressure. Weekend used to be our time to hit the road and make the most of the freedom.

In recent times, adventure got a new definition through making different road trips. This makes the Automobile sector to comes up long way. Modern automobiles are not only more agile and sleek, but they have also become more powerful and sturdy. They look after the people preference of Offloading, long trip, enjoyment and many other factors to comes up with new design and model. Travelers in search of an escape are turning to road trips to reclaim some semblance of normalcy in their lives. For many, a long ribbon of highway conjures up feelings of freedom, adventure and exploration. People need a new adventure, they were genrally fed up with being tied to work and the daily grind. They want to experience other cultures, and get an amazing learning opportunities. This is what I get when I goes along with friends.

Our weekend trip is mostly around the hilly areas nearby. These area falls in the 400 km to 500 km vicinity. Each one of the trip gives us crazy experince Out of all the trip, one I remember the most is one on my day of an Interview. The trip which was scheduled to begin at 5PM began at 11 PM. I must thanks to all my friends who waited till so late for me, as I was stuck In an interview and later in a massive traffic. I was desperste to join my friends, and they made sure not to miss out on me. It was the hot summer time, and the moment I get inside the car they welcomes me whit chilled 🍸. It was the best respite from the scorching heat.

One of the best ways to clear our mind is a long drive. A leisurely drive can provide a means of escape, a chance to breathe fresh air, think, or completely be free. We all were experience anxiety or pressure around our work life. The best way to de-stress is to hop in the car and go for a relaxing drive. Our trip began so late and went on to a roadside dhaba at Murthal for late night dinner. There was a change of plan as we were not sure where to head as we got late. Also we were driving into a mini Hatchback so not ready for any offroading adventure. After late night dinner, we moved towards Lansdawne, however, so late at night, we strayed into an unknown path. One of the policeman whom we stopped to asked the direction a cautioned us to stay alert as we were crossing over a deserted stretch quite famous for criminal activity. He shared his number in case of any emergency. He made us to sit on our toes and remain vigilante all through that stretch. But thankfully, nothing wrong happened. It was a crazy moment around 3 at night. By the time we reached the hilly areas, my friend who was steering the wheel felt sleepy and surprise us by saying "he has no experince in hilly roads". That really shaken us all. He genuinely started driving on the zig zig road carefully. We kept him awake with water, It is not easy at all, as there is a ditch at one side and hills on the other side. A little distraction could bring an unexpected adventure of falling into steep gorges. But again, with all the careful driving we managed to reach to the top around noon. It took us more time to reach the destination but make a memorsble moments all throughout the hill drive. We kept listening to songs , we keep chatting, we halted at various points and make sure nothing could harm us.

It remain an unforgettable trips with many life threatening experince. A huge part of what makes driving fun is the opportunity to explore new places and discover fresh sights and sounds. An off-road vehicle can allow you to do exactly that, and expanding our horizons can help you take further delight in the joy of driving. But this kind if first hand experince really keep us alive for longer duration.

Whenever we seat together, we alwsys talk of that night and driving through the hills for the first time. It was a crazy little adventure in the woods.
