Software I used :

Adobe Illustrator 2019 for different moves of character and other drawings
Adobe Photoshop 2020 for creating GIF by frames

Steps :

You can see step-wise images of my working

I start with that drawing, thought the character will do dancing walk to Flower box and shower the flowers.
So first I worked on Character moves... and edit it to get these 👇

Uhhff now its time to have flowers and box for it...
I used Adobe Illustrator Symbols for flowers.

Now the showering flower thing... and HAPPY BIRTHDAY text

I Typed the Text, change FONT and Expand it.

Check how I get those Flower shower frames, and I rotate the Text here and there to get this

Huh, it looks very simple at the moment but while working on it, I was like 🤔 anyways I really enjoyed while working on it.
