The spirit of competition should always be as pure as possible, as much as everyone wants to win, I believe that we should always try to surpass ourselves and achieve our goals by playing the game with the rules under our arm. If it is possible to always play fair, even better. After all, for me, the best thing that can happen is for you to compete in something and be able to win using only your skill, willpower, and intelligence. So, winning without stealing or cheating is essential in my opinion for our growth and for people to see us as a good example to follow.

So, how do we know if a competition is fair for everyone? Well, it won't always be completely fair. I think it's the kind of situation in which we can try to adapt as much as possible so that everyone agrees and is on the same level. But we know, for example, that some competitors have more financial resources to train and compete. So, for example, in this case, there isn't much that can be done and the competitors have to use their willpower to the maximum to overcome things like this. Sometimes, the financial side ends up benefiting some competitors.

Following this idea, the creators have to think of ways to make the competition fair for their participants. I believe they have to see and understand if any participant is doing everything to win, and I mean everything, including what is illegal and unethical. In this case, I think they have to intervene, the creators have to intervene before this hunger to win, which is wrong, grows too much and ends up hurting other competitors. Winning is good, everyone wants to win, but you have to be careful when this desire goes beyond all limits.

Psychological evaluations, conversations, reviewing plays from a last round, I think all of this goes into finding out if any participant is taking the competition too seriously, playing outside the rules or cheating. For children and teenagers, I believe we should always tell them from the beginning that winning is good, but competing is better. In competition, you give your best, do your best to try to win and overcome all limits, but of course, within the rules, as stated. A good coach is also part of this, he has to talk to his athlete and always convey this competitive spirit, but it must be done ethically.

Some people think it's wrong for you to lose by following the rules, for example, I don't think so, I always try to win, I do everything to be the best in everything I do, but if it doesn't work out, then it didn't work out, I wasn't good enough to win within the rules, but I prefer to lose with honor than simply do something wrong or try to cheat people. Winning with dignity is much better than winning without honor.

Finally, I think this should be taught to everyone. Whenever you notice that someone wants to cheat to win, be it a good friend, boyfriend, husband, whatever, just tell them that it's not cool, that the coolest thing is for you to do your best and get as far as possible with it. There is no shame in losing or coming in last, for me the biggest shame is when you want to be the best by cheating, this only shows that you are already a big loser. Play fair and compete fair, that's what matters!

O espírito de competição deve ser sempre o mais puro possível, por mais que todos desejem ganhar, acredito que devemos sempre tentar nos superar e alcançar nossos objetivos jogando o jogo com as regras embaixo do braço. Se for possível sempre jogar limpo, melhor ainda, afinal, para mim, a melhor coisa que pode acontecer é você competir em alguma coisa e conseguir ganhar somente com a sua habilidade, força de vontade, de inteligência, então ganhar sem roubar ou trapacear algo que para mim é essencial na vida, para nosso crescimento e para que as pessoas nos vejam como um bom exemplo a ser seguido.

Então, como saber se uma competição está justa para todos? Bem, nem sempre será totalmente justa, acho que é o tipo de situação na qual podemos tentar adequar o máximo possível para que todos concordem e estejam nivelados, mas sabemos, por exemplo, que alguns competidores têm mais recursos financeiros para treinar e competir, então, por exemplo, neste caso não tem muito o que fazer e os competidores têm que queimar a sua força de vontade ao máximo para superar coisas deste tipo. Às vezes, o lado financeiro acaba beneficiando alguns competidores.

Seguindo essa ideia, os idealizadores têm que pensar em formas de deixar uma competição justa para seus participantes. Acredito que eles têm que ver e perceber se algum participante está fazendo de tudo para ganhar, mas de tudo mesmo, inclusive o que é ilegal e antiético, neste caso, penso que eles têm que intrometer, os idealizadores tem que interver antes que essa fome de ganhar que está erronia, cresça demais e acabe por fazer mal para outros competidores. Ganhar é bom, todos querem ganhar, mas há que ter cuidado quando essa vontade ultrapassa todos os limites.

Avaliações psicológicas, conversas, rever lances de uma última rodada, acho que tudo isso entra para saber se algum participante está levando a competição a sério demais, jogando fora das regras ou trapaceando. Para as crianças e adolescentes, acredito que devemos sempre dizer desde os primórdios que ganhar é bom, mas competir é melhor. Na competição, você dá o seu melhor, faz o seu melhor para tentar ganhar e superar todos os limites, mas claro, nas regras como dito. Um bom treinador também faz parte disso, ele tem que conversar com o seu atleta e passar sempre este espírito competitivo, mas que seja feito com ética.

Algumas pessoas acham errado você perder ao seguir as regras, por exemplo, eu não penso assim, eu tento sempre ganhar, faço de tudo para ser o melhor em tudo o que faço, mas se não der, então não deu, não fui bom o suficiente para ganhar nas regras, mas prefiro perder com honra do que simplesmente fazer algo errado ou tentar passar a perna das pessoas. A vitória com dignidade é muito melhor do que ganhar sem honra.

Por fim, penso que isso deve ser ensinado a todos. Sempre que você perceber que alguém quer trapacear para ganhar, seja um bom amigo, namorado, marido, que seja, somente diga que não é o legal, que o mais bacana é você fazer o seu melhor e conseguir chegar o mais longe possível com isso. Não é vergonhoso perder ou chegar em último, para mim a maior vergonha é quando você quer ser o melhor trapaceando, isso somente mostra que você já é um grande perdedor. Jogue justo e compita limpo, isso é o que importa!
